Visual identity for a new health programme that works to improve cardiovascular health in low and middle income countries. The identity revolves around a flexible logo which includes a heart graphic element composed of 5 bars. The bars can move up and down to create new shapes representing cityscapes. Each country the programme is operating in has its own cityscape icon.
As well as the full visual identity and guidelines I designed accompanying assets including social media graphics, business cards, flyers, posters and a PowerPoint template.
